Elizabeth Naumovski

Vice President Marketing

Elizabeth Naumovski is a multi-award winning financial literacy advocate.

In 2022, she was a recipient of the noteworthy Queen’s Platinum Jubilee award for her contribution to community.

Elizabeth is honoured to be the 2021 & 2019 inaugural recipient of the Wealth Professional IFSE Institute Award for Financial Literacy Champion.

Elizabeth is proud to be a 2020 Alumni of Distinction Award winner for Creative Arts & Design. Since winning the award, she has created the Elizabeth Naumovski Alumni of Distinction Bursary. This yearly bursary is for a single mother (or woman) enrolled in any STEM course at Mohawk College.

She is a Wealth Professional 2020 finalist for The Mackenzie Investments Award for Female Trailblazer of the Year.

She has been at Caldwell since 1997 & is responsible for marketing, corporate communications and public relations. She has her Chartered Marketer Designation.

Elizabeth’s passion is Financial Literacy and Female Empowerment. She is the host of Empowered, a television show airing every Wednesday at 6:30pm EST on the News Forum Network.

She is a contributor to The Women’s Collection, on the Advisory Council of the United Macedonian Diaspora (“UMD”) & Board of the Macedonian Film Festival.

She was on the Advisory Committee of Canadian Blood Services Partners Council and the Communications Committee of the IIAC. She is Past Director of the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame & was on the Advisory Board of XTRX Solutions.

Elizabeth is a seasoned moderator and emcee. She has hosted a number of galas and charitable events for UMD in Toronto, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Michigan & Skopje.

Elizabeth has climbed Stromboli, an active volcano, in the Aeolian Islands, hiked through the Dolomites in Italy, snorkeled thru Silfra Fissure & hiked & climbed a glacier in Iceland. She also created a team & completed the Tough Mudder Half in 2016.

She mentors young women and donates blood to Canadian Blood Services every 84 days. She has donated over 77 times
