Jennifer Kuta

Business Development Analyst, Toronto Office

Jennifer Kuta is a Business Development Analyst at Caldwell Securities Ltd. She is a subject matter professional in consulting with Investment Advisory Teams.  Her expertise includes conducting gap analyses, assessing team business practices to identify improvement and growth opportunities, providing advice for action/business plans, and supporting teams in overcoming barriers to change and monitoring for results.

Prior to joining Caldwell, Ms. Kuta was an independent business consultant, facilitator and trainer for more than 25 years. Ms. Kuta’s track record includes high quality execution in marketing, management and sales. Her background also includes financial services sales at one of Canada’s largest carrying dealer organizations, where she held progressively senior positions in administration, compliance, marketing and sales. Ms. Kuta is a graduate of the University of Windsor’s Communication program and has a Post-Grad Strategic Relationship Marketing Certificate from George Brown College.

Outside of her work at Caldwell, Jennifer taught a Continuing Education course on Sales and Business Development at George Brown College in Toronto.

In early 2023, when she worked for Caldwell Investment Management Ltd., she was selected as a Wealth Professional Top 50 Wholesaler.
