Angela T. Stirpe is Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Caldwell Securities Ltd. She is also President of Caldwell Financial Ltd. the holding company for Caldwell Securities Ltd. & Caldwell Investment Management. Ms. Stirpe joined the organization 1987 with responsibility for overall administration.

Ms. Stirpe has extensive experience in regulatory financial reporting, compliance matters and client service.
